Job summary

7 Brew in Massachusetts is hiring crew members to deliver high-energy customer service, quickly prepare drinks, and work as a team in a fast-paced drive-thru environment. We’re seeking upbeat, coachable workers who value reliability, friendliness, and excellent communication with teammates and customers.

Must be 16 or older and able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Must be able to provide friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service.
• Must be comfortable working as part of a team and communicating effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the stand during a shift.
• Must be able to safely handle beverage equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials after completing required training.
• Must be willing to learn and follow 7 Brew recipes, procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations.
• Previous food service, restaurant, coffee, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace and be able to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time.
