Scooter’s Coffee in West Jordan, Utah invites energetic individuals to join as Baristas for a brand-new store opening in December 2026. You will greet guests warmly, keep the drive-thru fast, take orders accurately, and ensure high-quality beverages with a smiling, can-do attitude.

We provide flexible 4–6 hour shifts, daily tips, fully paid hands-on training, and free drinks on shift. Join an incredible crew and grow with a company that promotes from within.

Help launch a brand new Scooter’s Coffee scheduled for a Grand Opening in early December 2026! Scooter’s Coffee is one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee drive-thru brands in the nation. THE DAY-TO-DAY

As a Scooter’s Barista, you are the heart of our brand. You will:

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine appreciation.
• Keep our drive-thru moving Amazingly fast while maintaining top-tier quality and recipe standards.
• Take orders accurately, handle cash with care, and recommend your favorite menu items.
• Maintain a clean, sparkling workspace and restock efficiently during shift lulls.
• Complete other tasks as assigned that promote Scooter’s Coffee.

STORE HOURS AND AVAILABILITY

We are a brand new store! We are looking for baristas that can work any and all shifts! This includes morning, mid-day, evening, and/or weekend shifts.

• Monday – Saturday: 4:15 AM to 9:30 PM
• Sunday: 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM

COMPENSATION & PERKS

We want you to grow with us! Start with transparent pay and great perks, with clear opportunities for raises and promotions as you learn the coffee business.

• Base Pay: $9.00 – $11.00 / hr (depending on experience)
• Plus Tips: Our baristas average an additional $3.00 – $4.00 / hr in tips
• Effective Take-Home Pay: ~$13.00 – $15.00 / hr
• Free Speciality Drink: One free specialty drink per full shift.
• Discounts Off-Shift: 50% off food and drink.
