Valor is seeking a beverage service professional to set up, mix drinks, serve guests, and maintain coffee bar standards within a hotel environment. You will ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company guidelines while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities include precise cash handling, daily prep, and routine side work as well as other duties as assigned. The role requires ability to multitask and communicate effectively with guests and management.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–6 months in a food and beverage services environment.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Able to mix drinks correctly.
• Provide exceptional service to all guests.
• Able to multitask and handle all the equipment especially in a bar that uses modern technology.
• Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items and balance/carry trays.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests.

POSITION PROFILE
