Teaspoon El Dorado Hills is hiring a friendly barista to join our team at 4420 Town Center Blvd, Suite 110. You will provide great customer service, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a clean work area with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

We value a self-starter who can work with pace, communicate clearly, and follow health and safety guidelines. Flexibility for shifts, including weekends, is a plus; training is provided and colleagues support growth in the Teaspoon brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year barista experience.
• Basic Toast POS knowledge or similar system.
• Interest in Teaspoon products and nutrition.
• Willingness to work varied shifts.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly.
• Stand, bend and reach during shifts.
• Excellent cleaning standards and food safety.
• Proven barista experience following recipes.
• Excellent attendance record and reliability.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail
• Has a sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both orally and written
• Provide great customer service to all customers

• Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year as a barista, preferably bobarista.
• Basic knowledge of Toast POS or similar systems.
• Passion for the Teaspoon brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Teaspoon products and nutrition
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach throughout assigned shifts
• Exceptional cleaning skills
• Proven working experience as a barista. Following recipe procedures.
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
