Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an associate to provide guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. The hotel operates 24/7, so shift times vary and hours worked per week can change.

Responsibilities include maintaining composure during peak times, anticipating guest needs, and delivering exceptional service while following cash handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Essential Job Functions

This description is a summary of primary responsibilities and qualifications. The hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.

• Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary.

• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
