The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Barista to provide exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced shop. Wage starts at USD 17.13/hour plus tips and requires WA Food Handler's Card and prior barista experience.

You will craft beverages, engage guests, maintain clean equipment, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in a historic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card required.
• Previous Barista experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on preferences.
• Create latte art and ensure each drink is beautifully presented.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of coffee products.
• Upsell pastries, snacks, or merchandise.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
