Job summary

Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee of Richboro is hiring a friendly Mobile Barista to join our high-energy coffee trucks, serving at schools, corporate events, private parties, and festivals.

You’ll craft signature drinks, provide top-notch service, drive the truck when needed, and help with setup, stocking, and sanitization. Training is provided, no experience required, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication and basic cash handling skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot, iced, blended, and specialty drinks (latte, frappes, cold brew, teas, lemonades) following quality standards and recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, take orders, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Help with truck setup, stocking, breakdown, and keep the truck clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Process payments accurately using our digital POS system.
• Drive the truck to events when applicable (training provided).
• Represent Travelin’ Tom’s with upbeat, professional brand ambassador energy.

Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee is hiring a friendly, dependable Mobile Barista to bring great coffee to the community from our high-energy coffee trucks. You’ll craft signature drinks and serve customers at events like schools, corporate gatherings, private parties, and festivals.

• Prepare and serve hot, iced, blended, and specialty drinks (lattes, frappes, cold brew, teas, lemonades, and Nitro Energy) following quality standards and recipes
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, take orders, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Help with truck setup, stocking, breakdown, and keep the truck clean, organized, and sanitized
• Process payments accurately using our digital POS system
• Drive the truck to events when applicable (training provided)

Requirements

Age & Licensing: Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if driving the truck).
