Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee of Richboro is seeking a mobile barista to bring great coffee to events using our high-energy trucks. You’ll craft signature drinks, serve customers, and help with setup, stocking, and breakdown while traveling to schools, corporate events, weddings, and festivals.

We value friendly, fast-paced team players who connect with customers. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule supports early mornings, weekends, and holidays wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving the truck).
• Experience in barista or food service is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and basic math for cash handling.
• Flexible schedule with early mornings, weekends and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation within 30 minutes of Richboro, PA.

• Prepare and serve hot, iced, blended, and specialty drinks following recipes and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Help with truck setup, stocking, breakdown, and keeping the truck clean and sanitized.
• Process payments accurately using the digital POS system.
• Drive the truck to events when needed (training provided).

Full-time Part-time $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee is hiring a friendly, dependable Mobile Barista to bring great coffee to the community from our high-energy coffee trucks. You’ll craft signature drinks and serve customers at events like schools, corporate gatherings, private parties, and festivals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot, iced, blended, and specialty drinks (lattes, frappes, cold brew, teas, lemonades, and Nitro Energy) following quality standards and recipes
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, take orders, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Help with truck setup, stocking, breakdown, and keep the truck clean, organized, and sanitized
• Process payments accurately using our digital POS system
• Drive the truck to events when applicable (training provided)
• Represent Travelin’ Tom’s with upbeat, professional brand ambassador energy

Requirements

Age & Licensing: Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if driving the truck).

Skills: Strong communication skills, basic retail math for cash handling, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays (prime times for coffee events).
