Sodexo is hiring a Barista at OLATHE MEDICAL CENTER. You will deliver exceptional customer service while crafting hand-made beverages and maintaining a clean, efficient coffee bar. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, accurate cash handling, and timely service during varying shifts including some weekends.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service. You’ll join a team that supports growth and offers comprehensive benefits while you contribute

• Customer service related work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quick, friendly, personalized service.
• Mix and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.).
• Educate guests on menu offerings and suggestive sell.
• Operate cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep coffee bar and preparation areas clean; assist with stock and displays.

The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.
