Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Barista for Homestead, a four-season resort in Midway. The role centers on crafting high-quality coffee beverages, delivering friendly service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

You will prepare espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more; engage with guests, upsell pastries, maintain a clean station, and follow health guidelines. Prior cash handling experience and weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista or similar role experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn new recipes and adapt to methods.
• Prior cash handling experience.
