Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Barista for our Margaritaville coffee shop in Kansas City. You will craft espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos and more while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You should have prior barista experience, knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, and the ability to upsell pastries and merchandise. You will maintain a clean workstation, manage cash transactions, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Summary:
