Job Summary and Mission

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting innovative nutritional products, and embodying Earthbar's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain integrity, honesty, and promote Earthbar's culture.
2. Remain calm during busy periods to ensure store standards.
3. Anticipate customer and store needs.
4. Deliver excellent customer service promptly.
5. Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety.
6. Keep workspace clean and organized.
7. Prepare quality beverages according to recipes.
8. Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
9. Maintain punctuality and attendance.

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Quick learner of new procedures and products.
3. 1-2 years experience in food/beverage or retail/hospitality.
4. Experience in nutrition, culinary, or barista roles is a plus.
5. Must obtain a California Food Handlers License prior to employment.

Shifts and Physical Requirements
