Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, invites you to join our coffee team as a Barista. You’ll prepare quality beverages, greet residents and guests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

This position offers $18/hour with benefits such as a 401k match, onsite medical centers, CVS Pharmacy discounts, PTO, and growth opportunities as we expand our communities. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays, and prior coffee shop or cashier

Qualifications

• Experience in a Coffee Shop or Cashier environment preferred.
• Must be able to handle several projects and follow instructions.
• Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Organize, clean, sanitize, and ensure consistent quality.
• Perform daily accounting procedures, as well as receiving, stocking, and rotation of inventory.
• Assists with food preparation, ensuring freshness and quality of the selections.

Compensation: $18/hour
