Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Starbucks Barista for Edward Hospital. This part-time role (20 hours) requires morning and closing shifts, weekend availability, and a personable, customer-focused approach to creating the Starbucks experience.

You will operate the POS, prepare beverages and food, maintain a clean, welcoming store, and support team goals. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a Food Handler certificate within 30 days and about 1 year of cafe experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; in progress acceptable.
• Food Handler Training Certification (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date.
• 1 year of coffee shop or barista experience preferred.

Hourly Pay Range:

$18.23 - $25.52 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Starbucks Barista


• Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL


• Part time, 20 hours


• Hours: Morning hours are 6AM-12/1PM; Closing hours are 12/1/2PM-7PM; Weekend availability required, 7/9AM-3:30PM, especially Sunday.

What you will do:

• This position will create the Starbucks experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt assistance, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.


• Serves customers, operates the POS system, prepares food, cleans area and assists with all food service duties.

What you will need:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or in progress of obtaining, required


• Certification: Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date of position, required


• Experience: 1 year of coffee shop experience, preferred
