Job summary

Bazaar Meat in Miami Beach is seeking qualified Baristas to join our team. The José Andrés Group and Andaz Miami Beach collaboration delivers award-winning concepts and a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Qualified candidates have barista experience and a passion for learning about coffee and beverages, with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, and flexible scheduling in a vibrant

Abilities & Working Conditions

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
• Previous barista experience and knowledge of coffee/beverages preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages
• Confidently communicate with guests and employees.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Will work some nights, holidays and weekends.
