Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista or similar role preferred.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos, lattes and cappuccinos.
• Engage with customers, take orders and suggest items based on preferences.
• Create latte art and ensure drinks are presented well.
• Keep the coffee area clean and equipment well-maintained.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Upsell pastries, snacks, or merchandise to guests.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Provide friendly, efficient service so guests feel welcomed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Prior cash handling experience
