Job summary

JESSES GRIND LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Barista with 1 year of experience to lead by example and deliver great coffee and customer experiences daily. You will prepare beverages, take orders, and maintain equipment to ensure a welcoming, efficient cafe environment. Food prep and cash handling are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience providing quality beverages and food, including cash handling and store safety.
• Ability to engage with customers through clear, friendly communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests.
• Comfortable performing a variety of tasks throughout each shift.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and refreshers.

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests and answering questions.
• Support shift flow and assist team members as needed.
