Job summary

The Scarlet, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Barista to craft espresso-based drinks in a fast-paced, guest-focused coffee shop. You will take orders, recommend beverages, and ensure high-quality presentation.

As a Barista, you will prepare a variety of coffees, maintain a clean workspace, follow health and safety guidelines, handle cash, and upsell pastries and merchandise while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

• Prior cash handling experience.
