Job summary

Thieves in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly, energetic barista to join our team and help deliver coffee-by-day, cocktails-by-night hospitality. You’ll craft espresso drinks, maintain a welcoming space, and work closely with the team to ensure an elevated guest experience.

Required: current Indiana liquor permit and ServSafe license to begin training; experience in barista or hospitality is a plus, and a positive, reliable work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Someone dependable, personable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and genuinely good with people. Barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic and willingness to learn matter just as much.
