Job summary

ECI Management Group is seeking a friendly Barista for our Fort Worth campus cafe. The role focuses on quality coffee, speedy service, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are daytime, with responsibilities including beverage preparation, order taking, POS operation, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked station. Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages
• Follow recipes and proper portion standards for all beverages
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Operate the POS system and process customer transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station
• Restock coffee, cups, lids, syrups, milk, and other supplies
• Prepare grab-and-go food and beverage items as needed
• Clean and sanitize espresso machines, equipment, counters, and work areas
• Monitor product quality and freshness
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch periods
• Assist other team members as needed
