Role Description

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, as well as light food items, in a welcoming and efficient manner. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and following safety and sanitation standards. The Barista will engage with guests, answer questions about menu items, and ensure prompt, friendly service that aligns with the resort’s hospitality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina in Fort Myers Beach, FL, and may include weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
