Job summary

StaffedUp in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Barista to create high-quality coffee and tea beverages and provide excellent guest service.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks to recipe standards, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail when making drinks and following recipes.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
