We roast our coffee, build relationships with our community, and expect our team to take pride in doing things well. Our baristas are not button pushers. They are trained professionals who care about quality, consistency, and customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Prepare coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency.
• Maintain brewing equipment and espresso bar daily.
• Execute light food prep, maintain pastry displays, and fulfill pastry orders accurately.
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer product recommendations, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate with the team to support smooth service and address customer needs or concerns.
• Keep your station and the front of house clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow recipes, safety rules, and Department of Agriculture guidelines.
• Move with urgency during peak hours while remaining friendly and composed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Feine’s standards.
