Key Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote Earthbar's culture, values, and mission.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure store standards are met.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and cues.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace for easy product access.
• Provides quality beverages by adhering to recipes and health guidelines.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Quick learner of procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
• 1-2 years experience in food/beverage or retail/hospitality environments.
• Barista, Nutrition, or Culinary education is a plus.
• Must obtain a California Food Handlers License (e.g., ServSafe) prior to employment.

Shifts

• Part-time or Full-time
• Hours vary Monday-Sunday, early morning to evening
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Regularly talk and hear; stand frequently; occasionally sit, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift/move up to 25 lbs. occasionally; up to 10 lbs. frequently.
• Requires close vision, color vision, focus adjustment, and occasional tasting and smelling.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, hot & cold liquids; moderate noise level.
