Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking an energetic Barista to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests warmly, maintain a clean workspace, and craft beverages ranging from simple to special orders while sharing our story.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, with barista experience preferred. You will be an ambassador for Gravity Haus and contribute to a welcoming, outdoors-oriented, hospitality-driven culture.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ year barista experience preferred.

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, especially when times are busy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, creating a welcoming environment for people to enjoy.
• Create magical experiences for guests within the short window of service.
• Listen well and answer guest inquiries.
• Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to extra special orders.
