Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and food items in accordance with established service standards.
• Cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards.
• Ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed.
• Ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary.
• Efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings.
• Assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors, etc.
• Researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues.
• Receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries; some may be scheduled for occasional sign waving shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
