Job summary

Qualifications

• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates nursing skills including IVs, wound care, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning needs.
• Engages patients in care through motivational interviewing and teach-back.
