• Identifies physical limitations and deploys intervention when necessary.
• Recognizes and responds to behavioral health needs.
• Interprets data and plans care appropriately.
• Assists with insurance information to check benefits.
• Maintains documentation of all activity and correspondence.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Sets up and participates in seminars and follow-ups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
