Job description

JOB SUMMARY

TowerMRL, LLC has an immediate need for Vegetation/Inspection Technicians to work on long-term projects in the Midwest. This is a permanent position with enrollment in company benefits after the required employment period. Candidates will be required to travel for ten-day trips, with four days off upon return.

Primary responsibilities of these positions include:

1. Pesticide application
2. Maintenance of tower sites (e.g., cutting grass/weeds; pick-up trash)
3. Uploading documentation to the company website
4. Documentation of work completed at each tower site
5. Quarterly lighting inspections

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data entry)
• Ability to use and download pictures from a digital camera
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of power equipment (trimmer, lawn mower)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel - minimum 10-day trips

Must obtain a “Right of Way (herbicide applicator)” license.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $20.00 to $24.00 (depending on licensing/experience) + bonus
Annual salary: $45,000.00 to $70,000.00
Per diem: $45 per day
Hotel accommodations are paid for by the company.
