Job summary

MJ Barber & Beauty Academy Inc in Hemet, CA is seeking a passionate Barber Instructor to join our growing team and lead both theory and hands-on barbering training for students.

The ideal candidate will have a CA barber license, strong knowledge of barbering techniques and trends, plus experience in teaching or mentoring and a commitment to student success. This on-site role offers a supportive environment and opportunities to shape the next generation of professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years active Barber License in CA (Required).
• Strong knowledge of barbering techniques and trends.
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for education and student success.
