Job summary

Scissors & Scotch invites barbers and stylists to join a grooming experience where traditional barbering meets a modern spa. You’ll work in a club-like lounge, cut men’s hair, and provide premium grooming services while collaborating with a supportive team.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus service and product commissions, with tips directly paid to you. Locations include Franklin and Brentwood, with paid training before starting and opportunities for growth.

Scissors & Scotch is looking for barbers & stylists with experience cutting men's hair who are looking to work in a great work environment, enjoys what they do, is a team player and who wants to learn & grow their career.

Locations:

Franklin (McEwen Northside) & Brentwood (Hill Center)

Compensation:

Our barbers/stylists make between $30 - $55 per hour based on experience and skill level. We pay hourly plus commission on each service as well as commission on products sold. 100% of tips go to our barbes/stylists.

Required Skills:

Valid Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology license.

Training:

4 days of paid training required prior to starting. Training expecting to start November 1, 2026

Pay:

$30.00 - $55.00 per hour
