Diesel Barbershop is hiring experienced barbers and cosmetologists in Brookfield, Wisconsin, to join a brand-new shop across from Poplar Creek Town Center. A $500 hiring bonus is considered for experienced barbers, with opportunities for leadership as the team grows.

We offer $20–$45 per hour (plus bi-weekly bonuses, commission, and tips), vacation and holiday time, flexible scheduling, license renewal reimbursement, employee discounts, paid training, and a supportive, drama-free team

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Barber or Cosmetology license.
• Experience with men’s cuts, beard work, and modern/classic styles.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• A team player who wants to grow, learn, and contribute to a new shop culture.
• Reliable transportation.

$500.00 hiring bonus considered for experienced barbers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, rotating weekends required

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
