Job description

We are seeking a skilled full-time Barber-Stylist to join our growing team at Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Lakewood, CO. If you are passionate about delivering quality cuts and providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to bring your talent and dedication to our barbershop.

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a Barber-Stylist, your day begins with a welcoming atmosphere where you'll engage with clients and deliver a range of hair services, from classic cuts to trims. You'll ensure each client's experience is enhanced by offering hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages, providing a level of service that goes beyond just a haircut. Every client will leave feeling satisfied, valued, and refreshed. You'll also stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques, continually growing your skills to provide the best possible service.

Schedule : This full-time position requires flexibility, as peak hours for client appointments occur in the evenings and on weekends.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :

• An active Cosmetologist / Barber License in Colorado
• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Pride in your work and results
• Reliability and timeliness
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift / push / pull up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with high-energy, client-focused environments
