Job Description

The role involves delivering high-quality services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and waxing. The candidate should consult with clients to understand their preferences and perform industry-standard cuts, including fades (1/2” or less) and shear work on top. Personality, ability to learn, motivation, dependability, and professionalism are essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Florida Cosmetology, Barber, or Dual License
• 2+ years experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to cut/style all hair textures
• Beard grooming experience is a plus
• Social media presence is a plus
• Professionalism and great communication skills
• Men’s styling experience is preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Full-time with flexible hours
• Weekends required

Additional Compensation:

• Tips, commission, performance bonuses

Work Location:

• St Johns, FL - Bartram Market (Pavilion at Durbin Park next to Publix)

Interview Preparation:

• Be ready to perform a demo cut/style on a model you provide

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
