We are seeking full-time (over 34 hours) Barbers and Stylists. We are looking for experienced, professional, and motivated individuals who want to join a winning team! The time is now!

Responsibilities

• Provide full grooming services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring, and styling, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Stay updated on current hair cutting and styling trends to recommend suitable styles and trends to clients
• Ensure timely service for clients with scheduled appointments
• Engage in business development efforts

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Barber/Cosmetologist License required
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, engaging personality, proactive attitude
