Qualifications

• Valid NY barber license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Solid barbering fundamentals with safe tool handling.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and client focus.
• Comfortable working with a diverse clientele and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, fades, beard trims, styling, and grooming services.
• Offer thoughtful consultations and personalized recommendations.
• Work with a wide range of textures, lengths, and clients.
• Maintain sanitation standards and keep tools/stations clean.
• Build relationships with clients and grow a loyal book.
• Pursue ongoing skills development through feedback and education.
