Regis Canton, MI is seeking a Barber to deliver quality salon services, consult with clients on styling, and participate in local marketing initiatives. You will work with a friendly team and maintain high customer satisfaction with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Barber license required and valid.
• Must complete Regis training programs incl. Hair Stylist Academy (HSA).
• Experience with client consultations and recommending services/products.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying appropriate service techniques.
• Educate clients about proper home hair care and recommending services and products to maintain hairstyle.
• Maintain flexible shifts including potential night and weekend shifts.
• Follow Regis policies and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Complete required administrative tasks and schedule appointments promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, leaders and support staff.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and stay current with trends.
