Position: Experienced and Certified Barbers or Cosmetologists

Work Term: Part-time and Full-time

Location: SanTan Village Mall - Gilbert, Arizona

Wage: performance-based + tips, you could be earning up to $35/hour

As a Barber at Tommy Gun’s, your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming Customers and Identifying Preferences based on thorough consultations.
• Providing Expert Recommendations Based on Face Shapes and Tastes
• Demonstrating High-Quality Technical Skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type.
• Building Lasting Relationships with Loyal Customers
• Maintaining Grooming Stations and Sterilizing Tools
• Maximizing Retail Opportunities through Effective Chair Education
• Ability to perform back-of-neck shaves, as well as straight razor shaves on guests (this is not a requirement to apply; we are happy to train you on these services as part of your ongoing education/learning with TG)
• We are open to training opportunities if you feel like some of these skills need some more development - we are here to help!
