As a Barber at Tommy Gun’s, Your Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming customers and conducting thorough consultations
• Providing expert recommendations based on face shapes and preferences
• Demonstrating strong technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, and texturizing
• Performing back-of-neck and straight razor shaves (not required to apply; training is available).
• Maintaining grooming stations and sterilizing tools in compliance with Utah sanitation regulations.
• Maximizing retail opportunities through effective chair education
• Building lasting relationships with loyal customers

Compensation:

Up to $35/hour based on hours worked, tips received, and service/retail commissions earned. Wages comply with Utah labor law and are paid on a regular payroll schedule.
