Job summary

YOT Bar & Kitchen in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure they have everything needed to deliver efficient, high-quality service to guests.

You will stock the bar, prepare garnishes, and assist during peak times, contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area with attention to detail and teamwork.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of liquor, kegs, ice bins).
• Bend, stoop, squat, and reach frequently.
• Push and pull carts or dollies.
• Work in loud, crowded, and fast-paced bar environments.
• Repetitive use of hands and arms for restocking and cleaning.
