Job summary

The Golden Tiki in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Barback to stock liquors, refill garnishes, polish glassware, and assist bartenders. This role supports a fast-paced bar environment and offers exposure to bartending duties as you gain experience.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years in a Barback role, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with register and cash handling. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Barback.
• Work cards required for position if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep service standards.
• Assist bartenders and ensure smooth flow of service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar tops and floors and remove used glassware.
• Deliver products to outlets and stock according to specification.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
