Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Barback to support the bartending team across our San Antonio properties. You will help ensure smooth operations, maintain bar cleanliness, and stock supplies to help the guests receive exceptional service.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available on weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders to ensure excellent guest service.

• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
