Perched atop the 14th floor of the iconic Book Tower, it pays homage to the building’s visionary architect while offering traditional Basque tapas, pintxos, an elevated wine and cocktail experience, and expansive skyline views.
Kamper's Rooftop Lounge is looking for passionate and talented barbacks to join our team!

Barback Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to established service standards and protocols
• Assist bartenders with running side work responsibilities. For example, restock ice bins, glassware, garnishes as well as restock liquor, wine, and beer.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, and ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shifts. If you take the last of anything, inform a manager if it needs to be ordered, or replenish it if it is within the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service.
• Pre-bus bar area throughout our guests' dining experience.
• Assist servers and bartenders by running food, refilling guests' drinks, and helping with other tasks throughout the shift.
• Follow proper “manners” protocol when interacting with any guest.
• Strong, upbeat, and positive personality.
• Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail.

Working Conditions/Environment

• The person holding this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach, and stretch for eight to ten (8 to 10) hours per day.
• Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
