Responsibilities

• Stock bar with essentials including glassware, ice, produce, condiments and paper products
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and prep supplies for service
• Transport, replace, and maintain beer kegs and taps to ensure uninterrupted service
• Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock and reconcile with requisitions
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
