Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bar stock and ice. Keep beer, wine, liquor, ice, and bar supplies available as directed by the Bartenders.
• Deliveries and upstairs stock. Put away weekly liquor deliveries and bring stock down from upstairs twice daily.
• Glassware and bus tubs. Collect, wash, and store glassware; report chips or breaks.
• A clean, ready bar. Assist with stocking, clearing, cleaning, trash and closing duties.
• Bartender support. Follow Bartenders’ priorities and refer questions to a Bartender.
