ISS Guckenheimer in Florida is seeking a Barback to assist bartenders, restock supplies, replace kegs, and keep the bar area clean to deliver an outstanding guest experience. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in a similar role, be 18 or older, and be comfortable working afternoons/evenings/weekends. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, and paid leave.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all necessary items during service.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
• Move and arrange tables and chairs to accommodate volume and flow.
• Clean spills, manage glassware, and keep the counter organized.
• Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security for efficient service.
• Handle emergencies and follow safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Perform end-of-shift closeout tasks.
