Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.

• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow weekly sanitation and cleaning schedules; manage waste.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and stay informed of menu items.
• Communicate upcoming events in the venue.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per policy and local laws.
• Keep bar area clean and organized, including glassware washing and bussing.
• Observe health and safety procedures; report issues to management.
