Position Summary

TheBarback assists the Bar in providing bar guests with a pleasant experience. The Barback is primarily responsible for setting the bar up with appropriate food and beverage items and serving equipment before the guests arrive. During the even the barback will keep the bars stocked with food, beverage and service items. Following the event the Barback will clean and pack up the bar with the bartenders assistance.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $13, plus tips.

Responsibilities
  • Assists the bar in serving beverages to guests.
  • Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests
  • Responsible for stocking coolers, liquor cages, ice wells and dry goods needed for bar service
  • Responsible for cleaning up remaining product and equipment after the guests have left.
  • Responsible for keeping the bar work areas and equipment clean.
  • Responsible for setting up the bar with food and beverage product and required serving equipment.
  • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a restaurant as a bus person, barback or similar capacity is preferred.
