Base pay range

$11.13/hr - $11.13/hr

We are looking for a part-time Barback for BLVD Kitchen & Bar!

Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and clear the bar top.
• Support Bartender in guest service details.
• Deliver food to guests at the bar.
• Restock and rotate ice, beverages, and miscellaneous items behind the bar and in storage areas.
• Carry dishes and tableware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Scrape dishes, separate silverware, and load dishwasher.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas.
• Clean up spills, broken dishes, and remove trash and bottles.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Report to work in a neat uniform with good personal hygiene.
• Work as part of a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of bar etiquette is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with others.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is an hourly position with varied hours based on business needs, operating 7 days a week from as early as 8:00 AM to as late as 2:00 AM.

Pay: $11.13/hour plus tips.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and perform physically demanding tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting throughout the shift.
