The award-winning AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Barback to join the Food & Beverage team at 33 North Lounge.

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and laid-back vibe.

The resort spans 175 acres atop a seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 food & beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

• Classification: Part-Time
• Shift: Various – must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

As a Barback, your responsibilities include preparing and servicing bars throughout the hotel to ensure excellent guest service and profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock, and reconcile with requisitions.
• Prepare garnishes, fruits, and store supplies.
• Assist bartenders with stocking and maintaining bar supplies.
• Transport and replace beer kegs, perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas and storage in compliance with regulations.
